Registration for our 2027 Tour will open August 1, 2026!
Starting August 1st, please submit a deposit with an estimated number of entries to secure your 2027 Season Reservation. Registration is available on a first-come first-served basis and space will only be held with a deposit secured.
To be eligible to take part in the early commitment program, a studio must have an entry fee minimum of $2,500. If a studio does not meet this minimum we still highly encourage submitting a deposit to guarantee your entry reservation.
In addition, if a studio does not plan to participate in the Early Commitment Program and pay in full by 12/1, but would rather pay by the 45-day deadline, we still highly encourage submitting a deposit to guarantee your entry reservation.
We have two discount levels to offer this season! Please see below further instructions on how to secure your 2027 Season Reservation.
Check Deposits: Submit an Early Commitment Form and mail a check for $500 or $1,000 payable to High Demand Dance Competition to the following address: P.O. Box 2255, Ocean, NJ 07712. Please keep in mind that submitting the form will not reserve your space until the deposit is received. THE FORM WILL BE AVAILABLE IN JULY!
Credit Card Deposits: 5% Discount Program – Log into your Dance Comp Genie account and submit a reservation for an estimated number of entries along with a $500 deposit.
10% Discount Program: Step 1 – Log into your Dance Comp Genie account and submit a reservation for an estimated number of entries along with a $500 deposit. Step 2* – Option of submitting the additional $500 deposit by check (see below for mailing address) or calling us to pay it by credit card over the phone.
*We apologize for this extra step, but the online registration system will not allow the option of two deposit types.
Reservation Policy: Once a deposit is secured, studios have 30 days to reduce their number of reserved entries without penalty. After 30 days, if the number of reserved entries you originally stated is reduced by 5 or more, a $5 fee per entry will be assessed.
For example, upon deposit if you reserve 40 entries and then after the 30 days advise us you only will be bringing 35 entries, your studio will incur a $25 fee (5 entries x $5 per entry). In addition, please note that entries exceeding the original amount reserved cannot be guaranteed and will be determined based upon availability.
